This independent private company works like a press clipping agency with online media offices in London and Manchester. A custom built web spider program is used to monitor online media. Thousands of quality sources of online information are required to be fed into and maintained manually in the search database in order for the spider to work successfully. |

What we did was to establish a dedicated and fully managed team of news analysts skilled with media and web research knowledge, based at Cohezia’s India offices to carry out the search, validation and source management. The work includes identifying, validating media and news sources, feeding the sources to spider search database, ensuring content is correctly classified with appropriate meta-data and checking whether entered sources were helping the spider generate accurate results
This meant that core production costs were significantly reduced, quality and operational efficiency levels were improved and the senior management team was able to focus on, and achieve business growth. It has also allowed the ability to take on larger contracts and scale their operations. |
