| The Challenge / Opportunity |
| Their problem was that the global financial and business situation was putting increasing pressure on companies to reduce costs in order to stay competitive and profitable. Editorial work was being performed by a production team based in Australia with the associated costs and HR overheads. |

| Our Thinking and Approach |
What we did was to carry out a cost analysis and pilot project to prove the feasibility and benefits of using our services. We then established a dedicated and fully managed team of news analysts based at Cohezia’s India offices to carry out the core news article review and summarisation processing. The publications include key business newspapers and financial magazines. The work involves reading the news articles, writing appropriate summaries and tagging the information within very strict daily time and quality limits
This meant that our client’s core production costs were significantly reduced, quality was improved and increased profitability achieved. It also allowed management to focus on business growth instead of HR issues. Experienced members of the production team were able to carry out higher value analysis and client work. |
